INCOTERMS
To avoid misunderstanding between everyone involved in the process of sea transportation, in the 1930s the ICC creates the first INCOTERMS which are international rules that determine when and to whom the cargo responsibility is transferred. These rules are reviewed every 10 years. The most common rules are EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP/DAP.
